My dad possibly might have gone through my files

Question

My computer broke down and like, I brought it over to my dad's to get it fixed up and there's a possible chance that he might of went through all of my files. He sounded weird before and i'm also upset if he did go through it. What should I do? I mean, the files i had on my computer were a ton of music, lots of stupid pictures and sh*t my friends and i drew (like penises..lol) and my chat logs are on their too.

If he is nosey enough to look through your personal stuff then he deserves what he saw. You have nothing to be ashamed of! Remember these are your PERSONAL files. No one elses business! I would ask him why he is acting weird. He will either say something or he will say nothing.

there isn't really anything you can do... besides confirm if he really did go through your files or not

i mean what can you do now... all he did was look at the files

Well, if the damage has been done, it's been done.

Encrypt your sensitive material.

Put your sensitive material on CD, DVD, or thumb drives only.
