My dad thinks that the world revolves around him?

He decides whats for dinner, makes me, my sister and my mom bring him food when hes watching TV, makes us give up the TV for him (he watches it 24/7), decides if I get my cell phone that I paid for, decides when I get to go to bed, and constantly complains, yells, and whines like he is two years old. Its getting really annoying. I can't talk to him about it because he just yells until I loose my cell phone, TV for a week, my laptop, and I get grounded. Should I talk to my mom about it? I don't really think she cares though.

Im not even in the same state as him right now and I am already grounded. I just got a phone call that I am grounded because I didn't clean my room and I did clean it 4 days ago. I tried to tell him that I did clean my room and he just said "no, you didn't."

Erica, his behavior truly disgusts me.   Just call him "your majesty" to have some fun.  It sounds like will get in trouble no matter what anyways.  Or you could talk to your mom about it, it can't hurt even if she might not care at least she will know how you feel.

This father is someone with problems. An immature parent, he only sees it his way and he must see that his family mostly his daughter is getting affected.

he may be immature, lost his conscience, or he's just getting older.

Some old ppl go like stubborn and bitter xD.

you need to listen to your parents and stop being so bratty.  your dad is older than you so he gets the luxury of those things

Seriously, I think the best thing for you to do would be to suck it up.

I'm not trying to be a bi.tc.h, but in all honesty that's all you can do. Abide by his rules and be nice if you can because bad karma does suck.

If your mom doesn't care, talk to someone who does at least.

well first thing your dad is your dad and he doesnt sound like he is too great of a parent. secondly talk to your mom about this maybe she will speak with him and they can come to terms on how to parent better.
