My dad waited 2 renewal my passport after i turn 18 yrs old. I need help so bad. Would any1 help me please?

I am going to renewal my passport soon. But when i got my passport, i was only 13 yrs old. But every single application for renewal passport ask that i was at least 16 years old when i got my most recent passport but i was not at least 16 years old, i was only 13. I was trying to find the right application for to renew my passport. I try form (DS-11), and (DS-82, Renewal only) but they won't work for me! I try looking for an application for renewal passport but i can't find the right one for me!

By the way, i am 18 years old.

By the way, i am not a immigrant, i am a U.S Citizen!

Would anyone please help me out? I am totally confused!!!

DS-11 is the right form to fill out, you cant renew the 5 year  (child passport) as a adult now.

You must use this form if at "least ONE" of the following is "TRUE" for you:

   1. You have never had a U.S. passport or

TRUE is your case >>>>>  2. You are under age 16 or <<<<<< TRUE is your case!!

   3. Your most recent passport was issued more than 15 years ago or

   4. Your most recent passport was lost or stolen. (If you are applying because your most recent, valid passport was lost or stolen, you will also need to submit Form DS-64 listed on the left.)

If you got your passport when you were 13, you were issued an child's passport, not an adult passport. This being said, your passport would only be valid until 5 years after it was issued (age 18). Because you are now 18, you need to re-apply for a passport. The passport you will be given will be an adult passport, which then is good for 10 years, I believe. You cannot renew the passport that you were given at age 13.
