what do you mean it installed anti virus 2009? did it do it by itself? if so, then it's probably spyware. let me know.

Anti-virus 2009 *IS* spyware, no "maybe" about it.

Then, when you're done, get yourself a real virus scanner (McAfee [http://www.mcafee.com/ ] if you're willing to pay, Avast [http://www.avast.com/ ] if you're not - Avast is free for home use.)

Don't fall for popups that tell you your PC is infected. Respectable software producers don't need that kind of advertising.

And whatever you do - don't get AVG. It is not capable of removing trojans or root kits, and misses a lot of the "regular" viruses. Both Avast and McAfee have live protection, meaning that automatically downloaded crapware doesn't stand a chance.
