My dads double life... i cant let it go

if you have read my other question you will know whats happening! i want to see if i can check his emails with out him knowing. is this illegal? i need proof before i confront him because he will just dodge the question and wont be truthful. how can i do this safely??

Why do you want to open up a can of worms that you may never be able to put a top on,,,  All you can possible do here is create a situation of more lies and more hurt feelings   Let your father and mother work it out,,,,
