Question:

My daily food intake SUCKS...help me please?

im such a picky eater, and dont' eat lots of veggies. or fruit..cause i never have time? i would if i thought of it...

and i work at mcdonalds,, day staff practically which means my breaks are at breakfast time and lunch time, which means i eat alot of mcdonalds food.....

im a picky eater...but love fast food foods.

any suggestions on yummy nutrional foods?

i love potatoes...

  1. i had the same problem but i worked at an a&w.  try toast with out butter and some low fat yogurt


  2. First you say you will eat veggies if you had time, well Mcdonalds have salads. And for breakfast you can get up early enough in the morning to have a bowl of cereal or egg sandwhich at home instead of at work. And your dinner can be something with fruit in it or eat a smaller portion of whatever you have for dinner. You have to start making small but smart changes in your diet and make those changes healthier and according to what you like. Make it exciting and not boring but healthy.

  3. smoothies will give you a lot of the vitamins you are lacking on a fast food diet.

    Jacket potatoes are a good meal, you can even make them in the microwave if you are short of time.

    take sandwiches and cereal bars with you to work

  4. Wendys had  a nice baked potato.  Just be careful with sour cream and other add ons.

  5. McDonald's food isn't good with all that grease you'd be better eating a salad ,piece of fruit and bring a veggie from home, to add to the salad,tuna fish is great, egg salad sandwiches are good too, chili is another good meal all these can be put into a take out container from home and brought to work to eat.Get off the fried greasy food or you'll get sick.
