My daisy multi pump bb/pellet gun leaks air!?

i took 10 shots with it at 12 pumps, (i no you are only supposed to do ten). after i shot my tenth pellet i tried to pump it and the air went out the muzzle! how can i fix this?

  1. The inlet seal is cracked or torn. When you pump, the air going into the valve isn't being kept in because the seal that does that is bad.

    The only way to fix it is to send it back, or do it yourself if you know how. You broke it by over pumping, all novices do this, but in your case, you knew better but did it anyway. Have fun!!!


  2. Probably not worth fixing... you can get the 880S with a scope from Wal-Mart for $35.

  3. if you have the directions check them,a rubber gasket may need some oil


  4. buy a new BB gun genius. And next time follow the directions.

  5. Sounds like you've got a bad o-ring.  The maker should repair this.  See what your warranty is.

    If you are within the warranty period, Daisy will fix the gun, but you'll have to send it to them.

    I work a large sporting goods store in Mich and we send these guns in rarely to have repairs done.
