  1. i like salads with chicken b/c they are filling, have protein & are yummy!  i also like to have some small snack foods with me too if i need a little pick-me-up

bring lots of water or gatorade-type drinks

you don't want to be too full but you want to have lots of energy!

sometimes its easy to just grab some sugary food like candy, but you'll crash after i little while so i don't suggest it

good luck & have fun at your recital!

  2. You don't want any food that can leave stains on your costumes or that make you feel heavy.

So small snacks is a good idea. Things like: dried fruit, cheese, jelly lollies, sultanas etc.

    I hope this helps :)

  3. little easy NON-messy snacks

    pretzels

    grapes

oranges ( are a little messy but great energy)

apple slices that are already cut up

    chips

simple sanwitches that are not messy

nothing like cheetos that will get you powdery or stain your outfit or teeth

  4. lots of little snacks like pretezle, cracker and cheese, sports drinks etc.  have fun and good luck=)

  5. Dried fruit & rasins. Grapes. Bananas. Small sandwiches with filling that isn't messy. More Bananas. Cereal bars. Cheese. Lots and lots of water.

Nothing messy. At all. Nothing that's gonna get on costumes. Or gets knocked over and spilt easily. Put stuff in individual packets (a box of rasins, sandwichs in sandwich bags etc) the put it in a big bag - like a cool bag or something? PUt wrappers etc back in this bag and don't leave food lying around. Don't take anything that spoils easily if you're there a long time. Don't take any nuts/peanut butter stuff in case someone's badly allergic to it.

  6. pretzels, carrots, grapes, raisins, apples, cheese and crackers or my personal favorite craisins =] Just nothing heavy that'll weigh you down before you perform, snack foods are always good

  7. Yeah, little snacks are good. Like pretzels, fruit (my favorite!) like watermelon, goldfish, cheez-its, but if you need like a dinner or lunch. Maybe like a sub (tubbys/subway) or salad. Nothing too too big. And bring water or gatorade! Not pop! Good luck and have funn :)
