My dappy housemate pre-booked train tickets for me but didn't take down code to get tickets. can you help?

i'm travelling from brighton to devon this evening, and can't afford to just buy another ticket. what can i do?

they should of had a confirmation email come through telling you the code

Did they not e-mail the details to you/her?  The person who paid needs to phone the company's customer services with their card details otherwise.

Sometimes, putting the card, which you used to book the tickets, into the machine, is enough. But, I agree, you should have a confirmatory email.

Well without the code you are a bit stuffed I am afraid, you could try ringing the company you booked with or sending them an Email explaining the situation and asking them to resend the information if possible.
