  1. She is probably excited. New things usually give us an adrenaline rush. Give her an outlet to burn off some of that energy. Put on some music and encourage her to put on a dance show for you and the babies (when all are awake

), or have her run around outside, or go for a late eve walk with dad. Meanwhile you can relax.

Little ones want to feel needed. So let her help you. Give her little jobs to help her feel important.  If she can be quiet enough let her camp out by their/ your bed and and watch(not touch) them so they don't roll over. (she 'll soon tire of this and probably fall asleep herself) You may give her permission to give one a pacifier, or hold their hand while you feed the other when they stir.

  2. Are they keeping her up at night? Is she sleeping in a different place now that the twins are here? Maybe you can get her something new for her room, big girl bedding set, stuffed animal to snuggle with, or something....

She is four, have you asked her why she can't sleep?
