  1. yeah  they do

  2. NO BUG BOMBS!!!!...Home remedy and it works!!!! Borax, the laundry booster. Sprinkle it on the carpet and furniture like carpet freshener and let it set. Then vacuum. Depending on the infestation you may need to do it a couple of times. If you have pets bath them. Even when my dogs came in and out I never had a flea problem. Every late spring and mid summer I'd sprinkle it around let it sit while I cleaned the rest of the house then vacuum last. Just to maintain a flea free home. Works amazingly well. Kills the eggs too. Tried this after a friend suggested it when I moved into a flea infested apartment. I had already had them come out and spray, didn't work. Did the flea killer carpet steam cleaner, didn't work. Sprayed the apartment myself, didn't work. Tried the borax, immediately worked.

  3. Wash all the clothes and bedding she took to that friends house. I would be on the safe side and buy one of the bug bombs and take a day trip some where. Just to get rid of them 110% and also treat any pets you many have.

My parents had a dog to that got flees really bad one summer they had them in their house for almost 6 months. It was nasty. They bombed 3 times but forgot to open closets and dressers.

Not to sound like a super b*tch but  I would call those parents and def not let that friend over and she wouldn't be going there for a long time!

  4. You need to call an exterminator.  Fleas can live just about anywhere as long as they can jump on you to bite they can still feed.

  5. You are going to have wash everything your daughter used at her friends house. It looks like she brought some home. You might have to bomb your house, you should be vacuuming everything and wash all the bedding. Yes, they stay in the hair, so wash everybodies hair including any pets you might have.

  6. They could have jumped onto your daughters clothing or in her socks, it happens a lot. My sister in law had a horrible flea problem with having 3 dogs and when we went to visit we had them crawling all over our socks and it was so disgusting. Try vacuuming everything in your house and washing everything. If that doesn't work try and get a flea bomb and leave the house for the day and bomb the house. That should take care of all of them. Good luck :)
