My daughter's trying to log into Webkinz?

Question

Today I was sitting next to my daughter while she was about to go on Webkinz. So she tried to log in and the little box that you play in popped up... but stayed white and that's all it did. And it said it was 100% loaded. So my husband looked at it and couldn't find anything out. =[ My daughter got on my husband's laptop and she logged in. That kept her busy.

But why can't she log in the other computer? Got any ideas? Thanks.

I would restart your computer.  Also make sure you have the latest adobe reader and shockwave installed.

i think it could be a technical problem with the computer. Also you could try refreshing the page or restarting the computer.

maybe you need to upload you adobe flash player! one time, that is what happened to me, and then it worked fine after i did!!! HOPE I HELPED FIX YOUR PROBLEM!!!!! = ]
