My daughter (aged 14) has just sat the mensa test and got 161 on the Cattell B test. What does this mean?

According to the internet it says adults can only obtain 161 in the cattell B test but does this mean she could have got higher but it doesnt go any futher. Im a bit confused

  2. If 161 is indeed the top mark, then she got top marks. 100%. Well done. I don't see the confusion.

  3. It means she is considered highly gifted by MENSA standard, but beyond that it does not really mean anything at all. MENSA is a club of highly boring people on Earth. Most successful people would not bother about MENSA.

  5. Yes that's what it means. It's like an 800 on a section of the SAT's... one can still achieve an 800 with a couple of questions wrong but in theory if they got everything right they would have had an 820 or so.
