  1. Good luck. I had a bug in my iced coffee over a month ago and I've gotten nothing not even a replacement coffee. McDonalds is lacking in customer service like no other.

  2. You probably have a case to sue the McDonalds you bought them from for medical bills.

  3. I work at a McDonald's and her having a bone in her nugget is EXTREMELY unlikely. Considering the nuggets are extremely processed and I would hardly even consider it chicken. And if you do sue I doubt you’ll get any money out of it. Unless you have the “chicken bone” as proof.

  4. Tell her to chew her food more carefully next time.  Learning experiences should be just that.  When she grows up to be a young adult, she will have to chew her food on her own.

  5. take her to the ER

  6. you should report mcdonalds

  7. Unless you can prove it there will not be a whole lot left that you can do. If you still have the bone you could try to sue but there is no way of telling if you would win or not. I think the best bet would be to let it go unless you have the money and time to consult a lawyer and all.

  8. My understanding of filing suit is this:

If the chicken had a bone in it, even if it is not suppost to, then you can not win in court.

Chickens do have bones in them.  Therefore, it is a possibility that your nugget may have a bone.  Much like a hamburger could contain a bone, but should not.

If your nugget had a piece of metal in it, then you may have a law suit.  That would be a foreign item to the chicken.  Since a chicken bone is not a foreign item to chicken, then you can do nothing about it.

    Hopefully your daughter is OK.

  9. Do you have proof? If not, you can't do anything..

    there's really not point.

  10. There shouldn't be any bones in chicken McNuggets to begin with.

  11. I didn't know bones where in their nuggets I never had bones in mine are you sure of this?

  12. Maybe YOU should be sued for feeding her that **** ?

  13. Unfortunately the other people are right.  If there was no actual physical damage done then there is no proof.  The bad thing about food like this is the law basically says that you should assume that there are bones and such things in any meat, so you would likely lose.

It doesn't make sense right?  If they have to put HOT on a cup of coffee shouldn't they warn of bones too?

  14. Is your daughter okay???  I hope so.  If you have medical bills or if it somehow damaged your daughter than certainly seek legal advice.

If everything is okay I wouldn't do anything, BUT I would advise McDonalds of the incident.  I don't believe in suing if it's not necessary.

  16. get legal advice. There should not be bones in chicken nuggets at all. Especially when they are marketed toward children

  17. Go ahead and sue them

    you can get nesuance value

  18. well if she's only four there might be a chance it wasnt a bone it couldve been nothing . but if you have a witness , seek legal action .
