clean it out? I have already tried to use the carpet shampooer. And it was melted and it is red on a beige carpet. Thanks in advance for all your info!

First, since there is wax it it, I would suggest using hairspray or an icecube to freeze it, then to peel it off.

Then scrub with a combo of heavy-duty carpet cleaner and colour-safe bleach, and maybe some baking soda.

And if you have a steam-cleaner[ I do!], use that too.

well considering lava lamps are just water and wax i think you should probably call in professionals or just get super hot water and remelt the wax and then use the carpet shampooer.... other then that i dont know how to help you
