babywipes, cigarette butts, fluff, ok pretty much anything she can get her mouth around, oh no also shampoo - when im washing her hair she sticks her hand on her head then in her mouth, she'd just love to actually get hold of a bottle of it. when i cream her skin she licks off the cream,

its driving me mad, i do my best to stop her but everynow and then i'll catch her picking paint off the walls and trying to eat that - i mean its impossible to stop her doing some things.

can anyone help me???

  1. Your daughters condition can not be more similar to the condition of my nephew..

Paint off the walls, soap powder? amazing!!!

This is actually a sign of anaemia.

My nephew recently visited the doctor who prescribed iron.. We have seen a remarkable difference in him.. he looks so much more healthier too!!!

  2. be careful with her eating the paint, it can have lead in it which would be harmful once digested. and as far as the cigarette butts that's another story. not only could she choke but cigarettes also have chemicals that have no business being in her mouth. Don't leave them around , empty them into the garbage pail when your finished. The only thing I can think of is when her little hands are about to wander give her a toy,or a bottle/cup to hold to distract her from what she was about to put in her mouth.

  3. have her iron checked
