  1. You could try giving her magnesium citrate which you can get where ever vitamins are sold. For me, I usually needed more than the recommended dose before it helped though. When you have a bit too much of it in your system, the result is loose stools. It really helped me when experiencing an anal fissure.

  2. prunes, xlax

  3. How old is she. Sometimes younger kids just are that way. Try a constipation pill if she is older and if it's serious.

  4. talk to her doc. but i would say less cheese, more fiber

  5. Squeeze a fresh big orange at home (not carton juice) drink one glass of the juice between two glasses of water! That should work miracles!

    Good Luck =D

  6. Lots of water and anything that is high in fiber like cabbage (coleslaw), celery, carrots, whole grains.  There are yogurts that aid digestion, maybe those would help her.  And vinegar has a lot of enzymes that help digestion (1 teaspoon in a glass of water).

  7. eat loadsssss of bananas.

    if that doesnt help

    buy some medicine from the

    chemist to help her.

  8. Be sure she is getting plenty of water. You can also have her eat more bran, or make her some bran muffins to eat on a daily basis. You may want to consider a daily fiber supplement. You can get them in powders to mix with a drink or tablets you can chew.

  9. Theres a certain pill thats makes it confortable to go

    id check on it

  10. foods high in fiber

  11. Preperation H!!!
