My daughter has bearly hit puberty.....?

she has what looks like little zits on her chest does anybody know what is good to use to get rid of them?

it could be a heat rash or it could just be acne. if it is acne, there is some bodywash that has acne medicine in it that can be found at walmart.

witch hazel. look at the supermarket , pharmacy or health food store. Natural and a great cleanser

Just remind her to wash properly, its just a reaction to puberty hormones, resulting in pores becoming blocked, its normal, and should come under control soon enough.

i use nutragena and it might be a rash

also its she did or she didnt hit puberty already

Before treating it as acne, it is best to make sure it IS acne.  My daughter gets what looks like acne when she is allergic to something her skin comes in contact with and also sometimes her heat rash looks like an acne break out.  I would have a doctor check it out to make sure and let him/her decide how to treat it.  Good luck!
