My daughter has blotchy legs?

my daughters legs have these things that look kind of like veins and they are purplish. it gets worse when she is cold but she has them even when shes not cold. she is 13. any advice

I am thirteen too, one of my friends has this exact same thing. I don't think it's bad, it's just a way the veins are.  Nothing bad has ever happened to my friend with her veins.
