  1. Let her skip that meal, it's okay.  I've read that you shouldn't mind your child's nutritional intake meal by meal.  Instead, you should look at the big picture of what she had eaten in one week.  If she does this often, then it's cause for concern; but once in a while it is okay.

However, you should find out why she is so tired after school.  Is she coming down with something (flu?) or had she been really tiring herself out during gym class.  I think there is an explanation to everything.

  2. Leave her and let her sleep.  She will not starve but will be hungry when she gets up in the morning.  You are not depriving her of anything.  It happens.  Do not worry yourself.  If you wake her up she might still not eat and then might not want to go back to sleep for a long time.  Again, she will not starve.  It is ok!

Perhaps she is growing and that is tiresome!!!

  3. Just make a doctors appointment, maybe she comeing down with something or she just had a hard day.. talk to her about it tomorrow.. if she gets hungry she will get up.. but i won't, let her be till she told me what happen the other night.. cause i would want to know if she was okay, so find out if she wasn't feeling good or something happen.. but either way i would make a doctors apointment and make sure everything is okay.. your just being a parent.. so yes its okay to worry about your kids.. If you think something happen like she pregent then am sorry but only way you can find out is take her to the doctor, she might not know what is going on to even tell you.. I hope thats not the case.. good luck and have a nice day.. you do have this under pregency.. so just to let you know.. later..

  4. Dont worry about the meal but she did go to sleep quite early when she awakes make sure she'sfeelin ok ifnot take her temp and if need be take her to dr.Kids eat randomly.I'm 22 and i still aint on steady eatin shedule.

  5. Don't wake her let her Sleep - school can be tiring and she could be going through a growth spurt or even coming down with something. Keep a plate in the fridge and if she wakes up heat it up for her - if not don't worry.

  6. let her sleep--a missed meal isn't anything to worry about until they start doing it all the time. Wake her up a little early and make sure she has a good breakfast.

  7. My 6 year old did this once , fell asleep at 6pm and didn't wake up till the next morning. Sometimes they just need the rest. I wouldn't worry about it. When she has slept enough she will wake up and then she can have her dinner - or breakfast as the case may be. Let her sleep.

  8. Just let her sleep. Apparently that's what she needs most right now. She can eat when she wakes up.

  9. When I was little, I used to do the same thing, when my mom brought me to the doctor, they thought it could've been Mano. (spelling?) Bring her to the doctor, or, if this is just a one time thing, just let her be, just watch her diet.

  10. Just let her be.  She might even be coming down with something.  Either way she obviously needs the extra rest right now.  She could even be starting a growth spurt.  I wouldn't worry about missing one meal.

  11. Just leave her, once a child goes to sleep its bad to eat, but if she keeps doing it than... thats a very bad habbit and its not healthy (go for a check-up at the doctor or something) Try www.kidshealth.com its a very colourful kids website to learn more about kids health.

  12. Let her sleep but be prepared if she wakes up hungry.  my son does this a lot he goes from school to karate and then baseball and some nights as soon as homework is done he is asleep before we get dinner finished I just make him a plate and put it in the fridge so if he does wake up I can pop it in the microwave.  If she is coming down with a bug then chances are she wouldnt eat anyway and the rest will do her good.

  13. i,d like to bet, this is your only child,,,kids do this sort of thing, dont forget shes growing up, all kids go through tired stages. leave her be, she,ll eat when she gets hungry.and dont worry.

  14. If she won't get up then leave her. She can miss one meal. Just make sure she eats a good breakfast. Maybe she is getting sick.

  15. Need not to worry. One meal can be avoided if she is tired up.Be careful in morning,if she is alright and taking her breakfast no problem, but still she's avoiding then take the appointment with doctor.

good luck and all the best.
