My daughter has pain in her lower right abdomenal. its lasted for over 24 hours. what can i do to ease pain?

been going number 2, 4 or 5 times.

hurts when walking or moving stomach

fine when sitting.

13 female.

no period yet.

what can ease the pain?

what should i do?

has gotten this before.

twice for a week off and on pain

tums worked for that^

once for about 8 hours sharp pain.

ibuprofen worked with heat compress for that^

nothing is working for this.
