  1. How about like an empty bottle or toilet paper roll thingy.

    An egg carton.

Thoes are things you usually throw away, right?

  2. An empty shoebox, and then use it to make a doll bed.

An empty soda bottle or jug, and then fill it with something to shake and make noise like a musical instrument.

My daughter has made a tamborine out of a paper plate. Then she stapled a piece of paper all around it to close it up, and through a hole before she put in the last staple, she filled the inside with something that made noise when she shook it.  Then she taped string attached to all sorts of doo-dads around the edges so they hung down and would also make noise when she shook the tamborine.

Once my little brother cut and egg carton in half, turned it upside down, painted it and turned it into a caterpillar. He used pipe cleaners for the antennae and legs and fuzzy balls for eyes. It was very cute :)

    Goodluck!
