My life is not an ordinary one. In case you were wondering, my name is Claire Eckleston. I used to be named Claire Doublon, but my mom died when I was six and, I was adopted by Nicole Eckleston. When I first met her, she cut off all but 8 inches of my golden hair, and it grew back brown and stick-straight. Her husband, Michel, doesn’t like kids. He acts as if I am not even there, but I live with it.

When I first began school at Coverton Elementary, I had no friends. Once in a while I saw my neighbor, James, in his yard, but I didn’t count him as a friend…yet. Being neighbors, and three blocks from school, we both walked the same route twice a day. Week after week, I walked, watching him as we traveled to and from school. Finally, in the front yard, Nicole told me it wasn’t safe to be walking alone for ‘so many’ blocks. At that moment, James walked by. Being young and foolish he yelled to her, “I’ll walk with her!” And it was done. (fantasy)

  1. She feels unloved and she wants someone to love her for her.

  2. I think she is looking for love

I think she may need to talk to someone

I think the family may need to go to counseling

  3. Okay as a child, teenager ect. I was desperate to be a writer. And I wrote anything and everything. Let me tell you this is nothing to worry about. I had a normal upbringing and often I wrote about tragedy and depression. Things I had never experienced before. Really writing is an escape a chance to experience all things!! I would not look deeper into this that whats on paper and by the sounds of it she has quite the talent.

  4. hmmmm...

  5. Is any of it true? Or is it just a story?

Look I remember being a teen and writing different things down like this little story. I thought I had the most horrible parents ever. They wouldn't let me do anything!!! So I would write stories that made them seem bad and me seem good. It was my way of dealing with teen angst.

So maybe this is something like that.

  6. i wouldnt look too much into all of this. it is good that she has a hobby and an imagination.
