  1. Well I guess send it to the dry cleaners.

  2. Thats gross but,,

you could clean it up and then

take it to the dry cleaners :]]

  3. You could try a foaming carpet cleaner.

  4. I worked at a dry cleaners for years and they never accepted down comforters for dry cleaning. Instead they'd encourage customers to wash them, at home or by them.

I have a queen size down comforter that i regularly wash at home. I use hot water & mild soap. I usually  let it dry on high heat for 1.5-2 hours, then hang it on a line or over a chair for a bit before putting it back in its cover.

You have to be extremly careful that it drys completly or you'll end up with molded down feathers.

Depending on the style and stitching of your comforter, you might have an uneven distribution of feathers after cleaning it. But washing it is the only way to get it clean, dry cleaning it is not going to help.

    Good Luck!

  5. Have it DRY CLEANED or take a chance and throw it in the washing machine.

  6. clean off as much as you can, then soak in white vinegar for ,say 15 min. soak in cold water , and the send to dry cleaners.

  7. u got to get it dry cleaned...anyway

  8. When something says “dry clean only” it’s because it will be damaged by normal laundering. In the case of comforters, it’s usually that the filling will get messed up.
