  1. That is totally normal.  I have a 15 day old and he has been eating 4oz. every 3 hrs. since he was a week old.  ( Im breastfeeding as well)  I dont believe in limiting the childs eating habits (this early) and if they are hungry then feed them.  As long as she is not spitting up or getting sick then she is just fine.  Your baby will tell you what she needs, and she will let you know if you are overfeeding her by the way she poops, or spits up etc... so its totally normal and dont cut her back.

  2. the second my sons were born they were eating 4-6 oz by the time they were 2 weeks they were eating 6-8 oz don't let it bother you any

  3. She eats how much she wants, there's no need to cut back at all.

  4. let her eat what she wants it's not going to make her fat or it wont hurt her.

My son is 30 day's old and will eat 7 ounces in 2 hours and sometimes will eat 3 ounces every 2 hours, and sometimes 4 ounces every 2 -4 hours it just depends.

She is growing she needs the formula or breastmilk

  5. At that age, you should NEVER "cut back" on feedings. If she is hungry feed her, she is growing inside and out at a rapid rate and need the nourishment. As long as other bodily functions such as bowel movements and wet diapers are consistent then there is nothing to worry about.

    Congratulations on your baby girl!!

  6. dun worry. it is perfectly fine.

  7. My baby did the same thing.  My doctor told me to feed her on demand and not worry about overfeeding her.

    Good luck and congrats :)
