My daughter is a control freak. I'm 68 and she is 51. She controls everything in my life.any ideas?

try to help by not making her worry about you.

Sit her down and have a good long talk with her.  If you live with her, consider getting a place of your own if it is possible.  There are many nice developments for senior citizens that have limited income. Go with her to her doctor and discuss it together. It is not something she will be able to stop doing over night....

well first of all, I think this is posted in the diabetes section.  Second of all, when you are both in the older adult age range I think mother daughter kinda ends and peers begin.  You need to set a boundary with her.  You know that song this is my life.  start singing it.
