  1. We need more info. What are the ages of the parties involved? Are they in school together? Does this happen at school or elsewhere? How is she being bullied?

  2. Heey,

    - Talk to your kid.

    - Come up with solutions (eg. stay away from the kid ... )

    - Talk to the teacher (Principal if you need to.)

    - And maybe switch classes ...

But whats the kid doing >< ? We need moore information, hunny!

  3. try talking to the kid first, when i was young, that's what my mom did, and it worked... :)

  4. Im a student. A restraning order would be the worse thing to do. It would cause more problems with the other students. And be even worse for your daughter because the bullies friends would get their friends as well and not make your daughter very happy. the best solution would be to talk to the Principle. or the bullies parents.

  5. that kid won't understand what you are talking about.

    talk to his/her parents.

  6. It would depend on the age of your daughter...

My daughter was being bullied in middle school by a bunch of girls who would physically harm her and call her names etc.  She is not a small weak child, she is very tall and strong, but continued to take this abuse.  Well over the summer we moved and she started a new school.  I told her to not take abuse from anyone from Day one.  She had some girl act rude to her in the lunch line and she faced the girl and said some things I'm sure she didn't tell me exactly what she said.  But the key is that she set precedence.  She was not going to be bullied anymore.  After that she never had trouble from anyone again.

My advice is to teach your children to be strong and confident and help them to not become a victim.  This will definitely be something that benefits them later in life.  Good luck, I know how hard it is to try to protect your children from other mean kids.  Take care :)
