  1. Hi there.

You will find she is very tired at the end of kindergarten, so i would suggest no later than 7pm. The earlier the bedtime, the better the quality of sleep

  2. At least 8:30.  Develop a good routine that brushes her teeth, read her a book and do it every night the same.   She is going to be very tired after a week of school.  That means start getting ready at 8:10.  Sleepy time by 8:30.

  3. 800

  4. probably around 8:00 - 8:30?

  5. 8pm

  6. I think 8pm is a good hour for pre schoolers.

  7. I put my kids to bed between 8-8:30..They are 4 &7 in preschool & 2nd grade.

  8. I say 8-8:30, because you dont want it to be too early to when she can still hear the little kids playing, I used to have to go to bed at 7:00 in the 3rd grade, and it killed me. You don't want her to go too late because then she will be too tired and wont want to wake up.

  9. It all depends on what time you have to get up in the morning.

Keep in mind, the average 5-6 year old child needs 10-12 hours of sleep each night. You'll want to factor in time for morning "fussiness" and typical 5 year old indecision (I don't want to wear that).  Also, if you have a longer commute or you want to have breakfast at home with your children, going to bed earlier may be needed.

My daughter and son were both in bed by around 7:15, which allowed them 15 minutes of wind down time and had them asleep by 7:30pm. Going to bed at 8pm was a 2nd grade "I'm a big girl/boy" treat!

  10. is it all day or half day

all day get her to bed between 7-8pm

she will need 10-12 hours of sleep for school

  11. Sunday through Thursday 8:30. Friday and Saturday 9:00.
