For the graduating one. Has there ever been anything she's really wanted but you said "wait until you're older?" Like, my friend got her ears pierced and the tips of her hair colored blonde (this would only really work if you were a more overprotective mom). For confirmation people generally get money from their relatives, but you're her mom, so I'd suggest something more personal.

For our daughters confirmation we got her a gold cross that had a diamond in the center of it and a new bible that was engraved with her name and had all the family history inside it.

For 8th grade graduation we got her a digital camera.  I know it sounds like a big expense but when she started high school she wanted to take pictures all the time and it has saved a small fortune in developing fees and film and it is something she uses and cherishes.
