wants a friend party, but I want to either do some thing as little money as possible, or no money spent. I need some game ideas, she has some boys coming over, and so she wants some thing that both boys and girls will like. I want to do some thing that will not make her feel stupid, or have lame games, but fun things for her age group. Thank you very much. I would appreciate the fastest answers.

  1. if you live near a park or woods, then take them there. split them into mixed teams and arm them with waterpistols and balloons let them go.

thats what we did for my sisters 18th and we had a blast.

  2. REAL CHEAP

Umm mark off plots outside- for a NIGHT PARTY-

place sticks in the ground mark off a territory with streamers for them to stay in ...get an extension cord to hook up a radio/cd player and place it outside for a dance..have a bonfire, marshmellows hersheys and graham crackers-smores...

Big bottle for "spin the bottle".

Have them sign it with a marker-to say that they are playing "by your rules"....

    Have some food-cake cookout...

After that let the girls stay the night.

    This is what Id do.

  3. i had a sweet 16 a few years ago...

    im 18 now.

just make sure there is music and food!

    :)

and the water fight idea sounds fun!

  4. What about a disco? Music, lights (can use xmas ones), fingers foods and drinks. Get your daughter to get out all the music she wants to play. You could even be the DJ, and that way you will be able to keep a good eye on it without being in the way or crowding your daughters space :)

  5. Well games at a 16th it a bit childish

You can have like music so they can dance

    maybe a barbeque...

some alcohol if you allow them

    movies

    pizza

I'm 16 and games i would play with mates are

21 but thats an alcohol game

Water fights are fun no matter what age you are

But there teenagers so they will probably make there own fun

  6. When I was 16 we liked to just hangout and talk. I would have movies, music, and video games as a back up plan. I know its hard as a parent but if you leave them alone (but not completely) they will figure out what to do.

  7. Pool parties are always a fun coed thing to do....most community pools will rent to ya for cheap!  You could do a Luau theme but dunno as far as games b/c you dont usually play games at a 16 year olds party....You could also do a dance!!!

  8. For my 16th I just had my friends over and we had a volleyball net set up in the back yard. We all hung out and talked, listened to music, and played volleyball. We also had cake and soft drinks. It wasn't fancy or expensive, but everyone had a great time.

  9. Order pizza and rent a couple movies, buy some pop and you are set.  I think the kids will be able to entertain themselves by talking with eachother and watching the movies.  Thats what I did at one of my birthday parties and I am pretty sure it cost around $50.00.

  10. Well a popular game out now is Guitar Hero or Rockband...then again that costs money and I dont know if you want to go to those lengths for a party. BUT I am a 17 year old girl and me and some friends can spend hours on that thing.

Anyways I would say just stick with the food and drinks and music. Mainly kids our age want to just hang out. Never into the whole board games at parties or anything. Maybe few good movies?

But music and food is basically all you need for a good party. Maybe volleyball...if it is like outside or something. Teenage girls and guys playing sports can be fun because the guys try to show off...quite entertaining. But I'd say best advice is to keep it as layed back as possible. Too much "organized activities" at their parties can sometimes make a teenager feel a little awkward and "little kid"-ish.
