  1. There is no age restriction for a pillion passenger, only a size restriction, they must be big enough to sit astride the motorbike with their feet on the pedals, be able to hold on, and of course wear the appropriate headgear.

I think perhaps post this in the motorbike section but also state what country you are in as things do differ from place to place so you may not be getting the correct infomation.  You would be wise to contact whoever does the licencing for riding road bikes in whatever country you are in to make sure you are getting the correct advice.

  4. appearntly no actually knows because there is different laws and restriction in every states and cities. but i say that there is no restriction as long as it iis of roads.
