  1. From where I live, yes she can.

  2. Absolutly!!

  3. It really is dependent on the state and the school district.  For our school district the cut off is the child must be 5 before Oct 1st of the school year.  Another local school district requires the child to be 5 before the first day of school.  Anyone who turns 5 after those dates must wait until the following school year to begin.

One thing to note, however, in the state of PA (where we live), Kindergarten is not required.

  4. In Ohio, yes.

  5. It depends upon the state you live in but most if not all states say that once the child turns 5, yes, they are able to start kindergarten that following September.

  6. Usually the kindergarten cut-off date is for children turning 5 in the late fall (it varies state to state). She will probably need to wait until the fall to begin, but kindergarten registration will be in the next couple of months. Call the local elementary school. They will be able to let you know for sure and they can tell you when/how to register your daughter.

  7. in singapore, the answer is yes.

i dun noe if it is in the other countries. here. they will be in K1 when they are 5years old and K2 in the age of 6..

when they are 7years old, they will be moving onto primary schools. they will also be proceeding to Secondary School at the age of 13 till 16 or 17

  8. when the knew school year starts in august or september .She can thats how it is in most states.

  9. pretty sure yes....

  10. It depends I am in College now but got into kindergarten when I became 6, this was in New Jersey. It depends what state your in.

  11. nope. not unless you can convince private school to boost her.

  12. She will start this next August or Sept.  2008 depending on your state.

  13. If your daughter just turned 5, then she cannot just enter kindergarten. She must wait until September, when all the children born that year are accepted. In Canada, we have Junior and Senior Kindergarten, so if you're in Canada, your  child should be in JK. The people in your class are grouped by what year they were born in, so in your case, your daughter should be with children born in 2003. If you were to join now, your daughter would be with those a year older than her. Although there are exceptions for those born in January, I think you would have had to join in September to enroll since right now your child would be entering in the middle of the year. Of course, this is assuming you're a Canadian. I think Americans would follow the same guidelines though the British may judge from when your child enters school (September) in which you would certainly not be allowed until the next year.
