her picture is there as an advert?????????????? what can she do?ive looked at her flicker picture it is definately her picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its of her aunties cat!!!!!!!!!!!!

what can she do?is this allowed?

  1. Yeah when you load the pic you are making that pic avaliable for anyone to use it says in thier t and c same with facebook!


  2. If you own the photo, you automatically have a copyright to it. If you wanted to pursue it legally, you could.

  3. there is no such thing as an automatic copywrite.  if you posted pictures without copywrites, you are a moron, and deserve to be ripped off

  4. Put a photo on the net and its in the public domain.  Unless you are hosting the original picture yourself and can delete it that way, you are stuck with it.

  5. As an advert? What do you mean?

    If the pic is on bebo, delete it and the advert should not be able to access it anymore.

  6. If it's in the oublic domain and she has no means to delete it then there is probably nothing she can do.

  7. she put it on the internet so then it blongs to everybody

    it happends alot to emos on youtube they get there photos stolen and made into photos

    she cant do anything and yes it is
