My daughter put a towel w/ fabric paint on son's uniform. Paint transferred lightly to it. Can i get it out?

It's fabric paint. It is meant to be permanent and not be washed out/removed. Make your daughter pay for him to get a new uniform. If she is to young and can't afford it, give her extra chores to do to pay it off. Maybe that will teach her some respect for other peoples stuff.

No it won't work unless you can scrape it off with back of knife or gently with a brush
