  1. Yup ^^^^ Just what both of them said.

Calm her down in a nice way, and help them relax and speak their mind. Btw, if you finish their sentence, make sure you have them finish as well.

    Example:

Girl -- "Mommy I want some Ice --"

Mom -- "....Ice Cream? Say it honey.....Ice Cream"

    Girl -- "Ice Cream"

Mom -- "Well TOO BAD!" lol JK

    see what im getting at?

and if you do this mini-speech therapy with her now, she'll eventually become accustomed to it and speak much better later on.

  2. MY SON DOES THIS SOMETIMES JUST IMPLY TELL HER TO SLOW DOWN AND TALK ITS OKAY TO BE EXCITED BUT YOU CAN ONLY UNDERSTAND HER IF HE SLOWS DOWN IT NORMAL NOTHING TO BE WORRIED ABOUT THE MORE HE LEARNS HOW TO TALK THE BETTER AND FASTER SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET WORDS OUT SHE JUST FEELS THAT SHE REALLY KNOW WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT AND GET JUMBLED UP WITH HER WORDS THATS ALL

  3. The worst thing you can  tell a child who stutters is slow down, that may only make it harder for them.

What you should do is just allow her the time she needs to say whatever it is she wants.

This just may be her brain working much faster than her mouth, but just allow her the time to finish what she has to say. Don't finish sentences for her, don't add the words.

Just let her work through it, and if it continues have her see a Speech Therapist.

  4. try telling her to slow down her speech or when shes getting excited get her to calm down before she continues.

If she grows up with a stutter, reading and singing can help with it
