  1. I cant believe the attitude of all your answers, not all estate agents are that dishonest. Your daughter should firstly try and get a part time job with a local estate agent to see if she likes the work. If she finds she like it, then taking an NVQ will do no harm, but she would be better taking advise from the agent she working with. I do lots of work for estate agents and yes there are some unscrupulous ones out there, but most of them deal in and honest way. Don't forget dealing with the public is not for everyone, and a lot of the public view  there house with rose coloured glasses and cant understand why they are not getting viewings, and blame the estate agent.

  2. Teach her to lie well, while keeping a straight face.

Make her give up any small amount of empathy/ sympathy she might have for anyone other than herself.

Once she's managed those 2, she's half way there

  3. I worked in estate agency for 13 years - I got my start by doing work experience for a local agency at weekends, and once I decided I liked the work and had proved myself they gave me a start.

I wouldn't suggest doing the NVQ until she is employed though - it's not for everyone.  I gave it up 7 years ago because it can be a miserable business to be in, especially if you are honest

  4. First of all a fictional writing course is essential !

  5. Encourage her to make friends with liars, cheats, con men,

fraudsters and all forms of low life and she`s there, a fully

    qualified sponger.

  6. First she needs to sell her soul ...
