My daughter won't tell me anything!?

My thirteen year old daugher just started her period and I know but she doesnt know i know and she accually hasn't told me yet and I heard her sayshe started to her friend and I think that she doesnt want me to know. So should I confront her and tell her I know and talk to her or should I wait to see if she'll tell me? Im so confused

i think it is a big deal because you want to know when she will get it next so she doesn't bleed everywhere or at school and be embarrassed especially cause you have to talk to them about cramps etc... it is embarrassing but something that should be discussed.... This is happening to my sister right now with her 11 year old daughter i found some underwear in the laundry but she is still trying to say its not her but we dont want her to wake up and there is a big mess everywhere or her go to school and wear white pants and get it cause she doesn't know about it
