  1. Hi there,

i had this problem with all of my children, if she is still on her formula, but taking solids then just offer it to her after each meal if she wants it she will drink it,

I shouldn't imagine that she will become dehydrated, as there is pretty much everything they need in the formula nowadays,

But as always if your worried go see the gp, just so you can be reassured.

I'm sure everything will be fine, once they come off formula, they tend to be more interested in taking a drink, but i do feel for you as i was the same.

    Good luck and take care

  2. My daughter did the same thing. Our Dr. said she had a sore throat and just wasn't complaining that much. We gave her the little freezy pops to suck on and she loved them. They made her throat feel better and she was getting enough fluids. After a few weeks of sucking on those she started drinking from a big girl sippy cup with out a problem.

  3. If shes thirsty she will drink, but she must be getting pleanty of fluids from her milk and foods shes eating so its not a worry. have you tried half water/half juice? A bottle? Good luck~

  4. as long as she still taking her milk she should be fine, if your worried about her weight take her to doctor.

  5. Keep trying and relax. My oldest daughter was the same way for a while but she eventually got over it. She seemed to get enough water in her formula so she wasn't dehydrated. Water does help get the milky build up out of their mouth and throat though. Maybe try watering the formula down a little here and there.
