  1. Maybe Belize.

However, educated people speak English all over the world.

  2. More and more people are learning english in Costa Rica, mostly for dealing with tourists or for international business.

A tropical rainforest can be found, for example, in certain populated places in Costa Rica, such as Puntarenas or Limón (which are poor cities), or Ciudad Quesada, San Isidro del General (which are better than the former.  But in the country, there are many small towns, even un-populated sites, with a tropical rainforest.

  3. costa rica!!i suggest:close to "monteverde(green grass)national park",but better go to the web page of:ict,Instituto Costarricense de Turismo(costa rican bureau of tourism) or call to the USA embassy, they use to bring you info.

  4. The only official-English speaking place in Central America is Belize, however, English and English based Creole dialects are the primary language of the majority of people who live on the Caribbean Coast of Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.

In South America, where the largest rainforest is located, the majority of the inhabitants are Indigenous people who speak their own Indigenous languages. They live in the rainforest and don't make contact with "outsiders", well the majority of them don't. This keeps their traditions and traditional way of life alive. There might be some populated places where English is spoken, but I'm not too familiar with any.

  5. In the Americas only Belize, but Australia has rainforest in part of Queensland.
