My daughter's fisher price easy

my daughter's fisher price easy link internet launch pad will not start up i recieve a message setup had detected that version 1.02.000 is already installed this setup installs an ealrier version of easylink 1.0.0.9 and then it tells me to uninstall this version and i went to add and delete programs it will not delete it say you have and error and when i plug everything up i just get a blank white screen my little girl loves this game and she is ready upset and shes 3 so please help me fix this
