My dell dimension e520 wont

Question

my dell dimension e520 wont boot up properly it freezes on the windows vista loading screen. It used to come up with floppy disket seek failiure when booting up. I corrected this problem and now the pc freezes. On the bios it says that the hard drive, memory and cd drive are not pressent. Have i got a problem with my motherboard???
