My delstar DS-1036 won't turn on

Question

my Delstar DS-1036 MP3 player wont turn on. It was working up until the point i put it into my comp, which is windows 98. But i decided not to use the it cuz i didnt want the hassel of down loading the cd into it so I took it out to put it in my xp. but once i took it out it wouldnt turn back on. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME GET IT BACK ON!!!!
