  1. your kid is 4yrs old and he already has cavities?  what have you been feeding him?  teach him to floss and brush his teeth.


  2. Very normal. I see it everyday in the pharmacy. Most people take a Valium, Ativan, Lorazepam, etc before dental procedures although it is most common with older adults. The reason is due to anxiety or just to relax you for the procedure. Hope this helps, stay healthy.

  3. Yeah just don't exceed 2.5mg of Diazepam (Valium) 4 times a day.

    To compare an adult (18 -60) can take up to 10mg.

  4. I would not give a 4 yo any controlled substance. Let the dentist give him a topical or a needle and allow you to be in the room with him.

    There's a good reason why the bottle says - Keep out of reach of Children.
