My desktop background doesn't work. Can you help me?

Question

I am not a idiot,I have tried all normal ways to change it.But it will not change. I need a intelligent answer to my problem, not any usual way will work. The color I can change, its just the themes will not work. I can not scroll up and down on the themes or anything. It seems the whole box is frozen. Is there any back door program or anyway to unfreeze them.I can not go back to a point before it stopped working either.

hummm.. I would say that wherever you got the background image has put something on your computer to stop you from changing it to something else.. have you got any kind of antivirus and antispyware security program in place on your computer?

If you do run a scan and I bet you have a trojan in there somewhere...

If you don't  then let me suggest this to you.. And you can get a free virus scan done from McAfee by doing a search for free virus scan from McAfee with Yahoo or Google and follow the instructions to get your machine cleaned out and then buy a good program like McAfee and keep the Antispyware and pay the people something for their wonderful product.. you will be glad you did.. for a long time to come!
