My dial up connection never stays steady any more why ?

have you got them phone filters on all the sockets not just your pc one

your phone line takes it over also it aint stable no more due to your area updates to broadband and cable stuff get broadband its only 10 pounds sky internet or 5 pound once for like 5mb  thats quit fast
