We can't give you much of an answer, without more info

What kind of camera is it?

How old is it?

How much?

Point n shoot?

DSLR?

It's also hard to determine, if the problem is the camera, or "user error", without seeing a sample photo.

If you are trying to take low light photos, it might be "camera shake"

Dirty lens?

No one can tell you if it's gonna be cheap to fix, without 1st figuring out what the problem is?

Kinda like, "my car won't start, what will it cost to fix?"

bummer, that looks like a nice camera...

I would say that you're going to have to take it in to a camera repair shop.

Like I said earlier, someone will  have to actually look at the camera, and decide just what is wrong.

That one looks like it's probably worth fixing,

but no one can give you much of a cost estimate, without looking at it first

which aspect of the digital camera look blurry?, the back screen or the images themselves. Do you think something is wrong with the digital sensor or to you think the back-lcd-screen is faulty? Try being more specific. If, the pictures look blurry it may because of :

low iso ratings

low shutterspeeds

or an internal error with the camera

or, if it's because of the back screen

something must be wrong with one of the camera's elements, and will require servicing. Whether it was accidental or not . Note, most warranties don't apply to cameras that were dropped or stopped functioning to to an error of the user. However, if it wasn't your fault, and you bought it less than a year ago, you should be fine, Just send it IN
