My digital camera wont work?

everytime I put in the memory card my camera says that the card is locked and it wont let me take pictures or anything does anybody know how I can fix it?

You may want try on upper left side on the chip push up the latch that might work.

on the side of your memory card it has a little thing that locks and unlocks it. take a look i hope it should do the trick. and if you unlock the memory card and it keeps doing that. take the batteries out of the cam and wait 10 secs and put them back in because sometimes the cam is wrong not the card.
