My dissertation topic is about online service quality. How can I improve my literature structure?

I am very confused with my literature review structure.

My dissertation topic is about online service quality. But I am not sure what literature I should research. I just think about "how customer behave online" and "Customer satisfaction". What else should I write in this part? How can I improve my literature structure?

Typically a literature review is only a part of the dissertation project.  I assume this is true of your project too.  

Here are some other subjects you might want to review: service response time, knowledge of service providers, training of service providers, reliability of service providers, accuracy of service providers.
