My diving questions (plz answer Asap)

Question

1. is swimming up the same as swimming forward?

2.what is the best stroke to get out of the water after the dive

3.after I land in the water should i lay flat and float back up or swim back up (which is easier?)

4.I can swim the distant of the same deepnest of the pool

answer as soon as possible

p.s I have never dived before

and I am diving for fun (free style)

1. i don't understand the question. i have never heard either of these terms in diving. what I can only assume you mean in what coaches yell at divers after they have completed their dive and won't "swim in" to the side.

2. i just kinda tread water over there while listening to my coach correct my diving. it doesn't really matter as long as you get out of the way for the next diver.

3. swim. definitely swim. if you float, people might think you're dead.

4. again, i don't understand this statement.
