My doctor has been having me dilate my eyes for two weeks consecutively to treat uveitus. Is this harmful?

I am using prednisone drops 6 times a day to treat the condition and the drops to dilate my eyes twice a day.

just remember to wear sunglasses whenever you are out in the sun to avoid doing any damage, besides that it shouldn't do anymore damage than the uveitis.

You're ok. I had to do the drops in ONE EYE for three months. I looked pretty funny with one blue eye and one eye so dialated it looked black... but my eyes are fine now.
